GN Solids Control has completed the successful installation and commissioning of a 1000HP mud circulation system for a drilling rig project in Yunnan, China. Designed for demanding drilling conditions, this integrated system ensures efficient solids control and reliable drilling fluid recycling during operations.

Comprehensive System Layout

The system includes:

• 4 mud tanks for fluid storage and mixing

• 3 GNZS594K shale shakers for initial solids removal

• 1 GNZCQ270 vacuum degasser for gas separation

• 1 GNZJ752K-2S desander and 1 GNZJ752K-12N desilter for further classification

• 1 GNLW452D medium-speed decanter centrifuge for fine particle control

• Complete auxiliary components such as agitators, centrifugal pumps, mixing hopper, and electrical control system
