For a municipal wastewater treatment project in North Africa, three GNLW654-VFD dewatering centrifuges have been selected as the core equipment. These centrifuges are designed to handle high sludge loads while maintaining efficient dewatering performance. Each centrifuge is equipped with temperature and vibration sensors, allowing for continuous monitoring of the equipment’s condition to ensure smooth and safe operations. The centrifuges are controlled by a sophisticated 4-VFD control cabinet, which manages the main motor, auxiliary motor, slurry pump, and dosing metering pump, providing precise control and flexibility during operation.
Advanced Chemical Dosing System
In addition to the centrifuges, the project includes a 6500L chemical dosing unit. This unit is essential for efficient flocculation and dosing during the treatment process. It comes with three screw pumps, which function as dosing metering pumps, ensuring the accurate and consistent delivery of chemicals. Together, these systems form a comprehensive solution for effective sludge dewatering and wastewater treatment.
