Efficient Mud Recycling Solutions for Global Drilling Operations

GN Solids Control has successfully completed the shipment of two sets of GNMS-500K mud recycling systems and three units of GNLW364GT decanter centrifuges to an overseas drilling contractor. This delivery is part of GN’s ongoing effort to support international clients with high-efficiency solids control and fluid recovery solutions.

Integrated System for Cleaner, More Efficient Drilling

The GNMS-500K system is a compact and modular solution designed for trenchless drilling, HDD, and piling projects. It integrates coarse solids removal, desanding, and desilting stages into a single skid-mounted unit, allowing easy transport, fast installation, and minimal footprint at the job site.

To further enhance the separation performance, the client also ordered three GNLW364GT decanter centrifuges. These centrifuges are engineered to process low-gravity solids and recover valuable drilling fluids, improving recycling efficiency and reducing waste disposal costs.
