Customized Solids Control for Efficient Drilling Fluid Treatment

GN Solids Control has successfully delivered three decanter centrifuges with variable frequency drives (VFD) to an Asian drilling company. The package includes two GNLW363D-VFD units and one GNLW453D-VFD, configured to meet different stages of drilling fluid treatment in the field.

Versatile Models for Reliable Performance

The GNLW363D-VFD is ideal for precision separation of low gravity solids and barite recovery, offering flexible speed control and stable operation. The GNLW453D-VFD provides a larger processing capacity, making it suitable for high-flow applications where consistent performance is essential.

These centrifuges will be deployed on active drilling sites to support effective mud recycling, reduce waste, and optimize overall fluid performance. This project highlights GN’s ability to deliver tailored solids control solutions to international clients with diverse operational requirements.
