The GN drilling cuttings solidification or stabilization unit can be used as the final treatment of drilling cuttings or waste sludge. The stabilizer unit can be used after the drying treatment equipment, like vertical cuttings dryer, high G drying shaker, drilling waste big bowl or high speed decanter centrifuges.

Vertical Cutting Dryer utilize centrifugal force to dry drilled solids in oil or synthetic base fluids. A stainless steel screen bowl treat the drilling waste mud with cuttings and waste oil, the centrifugal force can be up 900RPM with G force to 420G or super high speed 1200RPM with G force 750G. Liquid is forced through the screen bowl openings, but the solids and cuttings will be removed by the angled flights attached to the cone, as the cones rotate slightly slower than the bowl. Tungsten carbide material protects the flights from abrasive solids and ensures long operational life. This aids in maintaining a constant gap between the scroll and screen bowl, which is crucial for proper operation.

What will the 2 sets waste management processing system be used for?
One set of the system we call it oily sludge processing system. It was used to treat the oily sludge waste with 20PCT solids and soil phase.
Main equipment of the oily sludge processing system: vacuum pump to transfer the raw material to treating system, High G drying shale shaker with deck sealing device, big bowl decanter centrifuge with high speed, chemical dosing system with the function of 3 types of chemical dosing, more importantly, there is an 3-phase separation system after above mentioned equipment. It is used to separate the water, oil and soil.
The second system is a sand washing system. It can be used to remove the high solids content oily waste. The no. 2 sand washing system is very similar to the no. 1 oily sludge separation system, but the processing technology is different. And there is no shale shaker and the transfer equipment is different.

The function of a full hydraulic drive (FHD) centrifuge?
A centrifuge with hydraulic drive is an interesting object from the fluid dynamics point of view. In order to achieve high efficiency, the hydraulic resistance of the inner, quickly rotating with the rotor, passages should be minimized. At the meanwhile the fluid should go through an area far away from the axis of rotation, where the centrifugal force is bigger. Nozzle efficiency is crucial. The air in the gap between the rotor and the centrifuge cover also moves, and the air friction makes a significant contribution. Jets from the nozzles might break down into a fine spray and hit the rotor, slowing it down. It is quite a challenging job to optimize the full hydraulic drive (FHD) centrifuge. Composite material pretension screen for oil field shale shaker

There are many different kinds of replacement shaker screens according to different shapes of the screen frame and material. Below is the most normal type shaker screen type we normally used:
1)    Hook type (hard hook) replacement screen. It is mainly for below type of shaker models:
Derrick 513 and 514 shaker and mud cleaner, Derrick 2000 or 48-30 shale shaker or mud cleaner.
2)    Frame type replacement screens. The frame screen is mainly for GN brand shale shaker and mud cleaner, Mongoose type shale shaker and mud cleaners, Cobra, King Cobra series shale shaker and mud cleaner. VSM-300 series shale shakers.
3)    Soft hook screen. It is a very old type screen model. Fewer shakers utilize the screen type. As the soft hook screen cannot last long time. Its quality is not good. But as its lower price, may some old shaker type still use it.

Compared with steel frame screen, composite material screen can lost for a longer time, and it can be stocked for a longer time. Normally, the steel frame screen can only stock 1 or 2 years. If it stocks a longer time, the screen quality can be reduced, as the steel material cannot last long time even with suitable warehouse protection. But the composite material can last a longer time. You can stock the composite material for 4 or 5 years, if you do not need to use them. The reason is as the special design of the composite material screen. Inside of the composite screen, it is steel frame for reinforce. And then a special kind of plastic material to cover and fill the steel frame. As its complex production, the composite material price is higher than steel frame, but it can last a longer time.

Below is a general configuration of a complete 750hp Mud Recycling system package made by GN Solids Control. The 750hp onshore oil rig mud system including but not limited to the following equipment:
3 Mud Tanks, volume of each tank is 40 cubic meters. Total volume of the 3 mud tanks is 120 cubic meters.

Mud Tanks Specifications is as following:
• API Skid I Beam, API lifting.
• Bottom tanks steel sheet 12 mm thickness
• Side Walls of corrugated steel 40 mm thickness
• Suction Line in bottom 8” x 6” Schedule 80
• Drain line with 10” butterfly valve

This week, a full set of 1500hp on-shore oil and gas drilling rig mud system will be ready and dispatch to the clients.
It is a standard oil and gas drilling mud cleaning system composed of 4-stage solids control equipment as well as the degassers.
The full 1500hp mud cleaning system is composed of below items:

1)    1 ea mud gas separator (poor boy degasser) before the mud system. It is used to cut the intrusive gas in the mud before shale shaker.
2)    The 1500hp mud system is composed of 3 ea linear motion shale shaker for pre-separation. It is the first stage separation.
3)    After the 3 shale shakers, there is a vacuum degasser used to cut the fine gas bubble and protection the hydro cyclone separators. As the hydro cycone is a kind of pressure device. The gas bubble may make damage to the cones.
4)    A separate set desander mud cleaner and a desilter mud cleaner is followed after the degasser. They work for the second and third stage separation. After desilter separator, most particles above 27 microns will be removed.
5)    As the desander, desilter can only remove particles bigger than 27 microns.  The smaller size is out of its working range. After some circulation, the fine solids contents will be higher and higher. The drilling mud will be too weight for drilling activities. A big bowl decanter centrifuge model GNLW452 is equipped after desilter to recovery the valuable barite and reduce the mud weight.
6)    Over 30 sets mud agitator and mud guns are equipped with the mud system for better mixing and to avoid the mud settle down.
7)    Furthermore, the 1500hp mud system is with a jet mud mixing system to prepare new drilling mud.
The whole 1500hp mud cleaning system is divided into 3 parts – mud recycling tank, mud mixing and storage tank, water and fuel tank.
