GN Solids Control Pressurized VFD Control Panel is equipped with 2 types of auto- cooling system: vortex tube cooling system and explosion proof air-conditioner cooling system, which is especially designed and used in high temperature ambient up to 55C degree. The explosion proof pressurized control panel consists of main cavity and auxiliary cavity. The main cavity is pressurized cavity which includes electrical components, pressure check sensor system, ventilation air distribution system, and air conditioning system. The purging system works automatically to maintain a certain positive pressure inside the main cavity.

The full hydraulic system for GN Solids Control centrifuge is from Switzerland, which is a leading brand for centrifuge hydraulic driving system. GN Solids Control can make centrifuges and control system per clients request, the Electrical voltage system which operate at dual voltage, like 460V 60Hz / 380V 50Hz is available.

Dual voltage motors will be used. And there will be switch on the control panel to shift between 460V 60Hz / 380V 50Hz. Voltage and HZ are customized per order request,which is not showing on Centrifuge user manual. The mud weight that GN drilling mud decanter centrifuge can work on is up to 2.3 SG. This week, GN Solids Control finished 5 sets GNZCQ360B Vacuum Degasser for China Drilling Company. The drilling rig company will equip the degasser in their mud system and offer to international drilling company.

GN Solids Control vacuum degasser is Self-contained type. It means clients do not need to prepare a separate feeding pump for the vacuum degasser. It saves the usable space on the tank top. And also, it reduces the total horse power of the mud system. It it is not self-suction type vacuum degasser, the mud system operators must prepare an additional centrifugal pump to feed for the vacuum degasser.

GN Solids Control makes 1200GPM and 1500GPM vacuum degasser for the drilling mud solids control system in oil and gas drilling field. Operators can choose the right model to service for his drilling rig mud system. The 1200GPM vacuum degasser can suit for work over rig mud system and developing rig mud system. While the 1500GPM vacuum degasser can be used for deep drilling rig mud systems.

GN Solids Control vacuum degasser can be used for mud weight up to 21ppg. The equipment are capable for using at Oil Based Mud system, Water Based Mud system, as well as Synthetic based Mud system.

GN Solids Control has his own electrical control department, and have certificate to make control panels complied with various standards. GN Solids Control has explosion proof certificates on CNEx, IECEx and ATEx Zone 1 and Zone 2 for Hazardous areas. The control panel of GN Solids Control is with protection level IP65. And the equipped motor is with protection level IP55 or above.

GN Solids Control waste water treatment dewatering decanter centrifuges are specially designed to meet the separation requirements of the waste water and oil slurry generated from processing industry.

The waste water may consist oil or without oil. GN Solids Control has various models 2-phase decanter centrifuge and 3-phase centrifuges. GN Solids Control separation equipment offers high performance separation solutions to the 2 phase and 3 phase separation with maximum water and oil recovery.

This week, GN Solids Control finished 2 sets of decanter centrifuges. The model of the 2 centrifuge is GNLW454ET-VFD. It is a 2-phase big bowl decanter centrifuge mainly used for dewatering and municipal sewage treatment. The 2 centrifuge will be used to treat the municipal sewage which consists 2-3% solids, and the handling capacity is 30 ~ 40 cbm per hour.

The GNLW454ET-VFD is a dual motor decanter centrifuge. The main motor is 45kw, and the auxiliary motor is 15kw. The GNLW454ET-VFD is made by high level material for more durable and long lifetime. The bowl of GN centrifuge are made from SS2205 by centrifugal casting. Centrifugal casting is better than normal casting, it is better balancing. The propeller on the bowl is made from SS2205. And the collection box is made from SS304, while the base of GN Solids Control centrifuge is made from high quality carton steel from casting.

In order to extend the lifetime of centrifuges, GN Solids Control has below wearing protection:
The whole propeller of the screw is protected by carbide tiles, and the distribution port of screw propeller is protected by carbide sleeve.

The slag discharge port is protected by carbide sleeves.

The inner wall of GN centrifuge bowl is weldged with ribs, and the discharge port of the bowl is protected by carbide scraper.

GN Solids Control can offer sensors per clients’ request. Normally clients may choose 2 temperature sensors and 1 vibration sensors for protection.

GN Solids Control offers German brand NETZSCH pump to feed for the centrifuge.

GN Solids Control makes various types of shale shaker for drilling rig and non-oil drilling rig mud system. Shale shaker the essential separation equipment in solids control mud systems to recycling and drilling mud. Some jobsite may do not use desander or desilter mud cleaner, but shale shaker separation is a must for the pre-separation. In order to support clients for fast delivery, currently, GN Solids Control has some shale shaker models in stock for sale.

The stock shale shaker covers different flow capacity. It includes follow models:

Model 1: GNZS593G shale shaker. It is a 3-panel single deck shale shaker. The handling capacity of the 3-panel shale shaker is 528 GPM (120 m/3h). The shaker is using GN high quality composite frame pretension shaker screen for longer lifetime. As the replacement screens are also made by GN itself. It can reduce clients’ operation cost on replacement shaker screens.

Model 2: GNZS594F shale shaker. It is a 4-panel single deck shale shaker, and it is the most popular shaker model for drilling mud recycling system. The handling capacity of the 4-panel shale shaker is 616 GPM (140 m/3h). The shale shaker is using the same size shaker screen with GNZS593G, and most spare parts of the 2 shaker models are interchangeable.

Model 3: GNZS595F shale shaker. It is a 5-panel single deck shale shaker for bigger capacity. It is mainly used in deep drilling rig mud system. The handling capacity of the 5-panel shale shaker is 700 GPM (160 m/3h). The shale shaker is using the same size screens with GNZS593G and GNZS594F

As the model code showing, the replacement screen for the 3 shaker models are all the same, only the shaker deck number varies. And most spare parts of the 3 shaker models are interchangeable. Clients can choose the right model based on their demands on handling capacity.
