Applications of GN Solids Control mud recycling system covers but not limited to below fields:
Oil Drilling Solids Control System. A full set high pressure high temperature drilling mud mud system norally includes 4-stage solids control equipment, plus vacuum degasser or centrifugal degasser for 5-stage separation. 4-stage solids control equipment includes shale shaker, desander, desilter, decanter centrifuge.
HDD & CBM drilling & geothermal well drilling mud recycling system. HDD & CBM drilling mud processing system normally includes shale shaker, mud cleaner, mud agitator, transfer pump and mixing pump. In some case, decanter centrifuge will be used for dewatering treatment in HDD and CBM mud processing system. It depends on clients’ request.
Bored Pile and TBM slurry separation system. It is more popular called as desanding plant. As the mud from bore pile and TBM drilling with big size solids and big capacity flow. Normally only coarse separation shale shaker and desander will be used in Bored Pile and TBM slurry separation system. The shale shaker and desander are fixed on a small footprint mud tank and equipment with feeding pump, transfer pump and control system on the system tank.
Drilling waste management system. It is used after oil and gas drilling mud solids control system for zero discharge at rig site. While used together with drilling mud solids control system, people call it as pitless system.
