And once people could start for working, GN Solids Control took all possible actions to catch up the manufacturing schedule to meet clients’ request. Orders have been delivered one by one from GN Solids Control factory as scheduled.

Last week, a batch of drilling mud treatment decanter centrifuge and shale shaker have been delivered from GN Solids Control factory. All the equipment are customized with client’s color, logo and branded with clients company name. The drilling mud solids control decanter centrifuge and shale shaker will be shipped to Russian clients by train and truck.

There are 2 sizes of decanter centrifuge including in the shipment:

1) Some 14 inch decanter centrifuge for drilling mud processing. 14 inch is the most popular size decanter centrifuge for various applications, not only for drilling mud processing, as well as drilling waste management, waste water treatment, waste oil treatment, dewatering treatment, chemical separation, industry separation, fruit purification, etc… 14 inch centrifuge decanter centrifuge is a dual motor centrifuge model. The dual motors can support for a wider range conveyor speed adjustment, we normally call it as differential speed.

2) A mini size 9 inch decanter centrifuge is included in the shipment. It is a baby size high speed decanter centrifuge with a single motor for fine solids separation.  

3) Smaller size shale shaker for coarse solids separation.
